Ana Vega

Ana is passionate about education and innovation, and considers both essential components in developing opportunities for youth.

She has a master’s degree in Curriculum and Educational Technology, a degree in Education, and a professorship in Mathematics and Physics from the Universidad del Valle de Guatemala. Currently, she is a professor in the Faculty of Education and has taught courses on Digital Competence, Curriculum, and Learning Strategies.

Ana has worked on educational projects supporting international cooperation for ten years, having coordinated the editorial and design process of virtual courses aimed at young people for the development of entrepreneurship and employment. Through this experience, she has participated in different processes including educational research, curricular design, development of materials, training, and coaching.  

She has also trained technical education teachers in methodology and technology, and was part of the training team at Intecap.  

Currently, she shares this experience in the ASPIRE Project, developing pieces of training in different contexts and applying her passion for education.
