Mechatronics engineer graduated from Universidad del Valle de Guatemala. Since 2014, Laura taught various courses for the mechanical, mechatronics and electronic engineering departments of Universidad del Valle focusing on CAD tools and design engineering. Laura worked on the design of diverse projects such as: hydroelectric plants, aircraft parts, reverse engineering projects, various machinery components and structural elements of electronic devices. She also worked as production manager of a CAD/CAM manufacturing company.
