Chevalley Duhart

Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)

ASPIRE Administrative Assistant

Chevalley studied English, literature, and theatre at Northeastern University. She served as a financial assistant with an engineering firm while pursuing her artistic projects and raising a family. Chevalley has worked with MIT/MechE since 2005 as an administrative assistant supporting MechE Design courses, faculty, students, researchers, and staff.

She finds the people-focused and project-oriented environment of the MIT Design community compatible with her sense of creativity, growth, and socially responsible lifestyle.

Chevalley values and finds deeply rewarding, the team player model in the group, where the opportunity for creating awareness and life-long learning is a key factor to growth and engagement with the MIT family. As an informal student of rural and international societies and challenges through EdX, she is engaged with the issues they confront and what benefits are possible with the participation of the international and academic communities.

Chevalley is excited to join the ASPIRE team with the opportunity to expand her knowledge of the value of design across international borders.
